Technician testing home water quality at kitchen sink

The Process

How It Works

Getting cleaner water in your home is simpler than you think. Here's exactly what to expect from your first call to your first glass.

01

Schedule Your Free Water Test

Call us or fill out our quick online form. We'll schedule a convenient time to come to your home — usually within 1–2 business days. There's no charge and no obligation.

We test for hardness, chlorine, pH, TDS (total dissolved solids), and common contaminants like lead, iron, and nitrates. The test takes about 20 minutes and we do it right in your kitchen.
02

We Test Your Water On-Site

Our technician comes to your home with professional-grade testing equipment. We test your water right at the tap and show you the results in real time — no lab wait, no guesswork.

You'll see exactly what's in your water: hardness levels, chlorine content, pH balance, and any contaminants present. We explain what each result means for your family's health and your home's appliances.
03

We Recommend the Right System

Based on your water test results and your home's needs, we recommend the system that actually solves your problem — nothing more, nothing less. No upselling, no pressure.

Some homes need a whole-home filter. Others need a softener, or an under-sink RO system for drinking water. Many need a combination. We'll walk you through the options, explain the costs, and let you decide.
04

Professional Installation — Usually Same Week

Once you're ready to move forward, we schedule your installation. Most systems are installed in a single visit by our licensed, insured technicians — typically within the same week.

We handle everything: shutting off the water supply, making the connections, testing the system, and cleaning up. Before we leave, we walk you through how your system works and answer any questions.
05

Enjoy Better Water — We Handle the Rest

From the moment your system is installed, you'll notice the difference. Cleaner taste, softer skin, no more scale on fixtures. And we're here for ongoing support whenever you need it.

We offer annual maintenance plans that include filter replacements and system checkups so your water stays clean year after year. Just call us — we're local and we pick up the phone.

The Science Behind Your Clean Water

Different contaminants require different solutions. Here's how each system works.

Multi-Stage Filtration

Whole-home systems use a series of filter stages — sediment pre-filter, activated carbon, and KDF media — to remove particles, chlorine, chloramines, and heavy metals as water enters your home.

Ion Exchange Softening

Water softeners use ion-exchange resin beads to swap calcium and magnesium ions (the minerals that cause hardness) for sodium ions. The result is soft water that won't scale your pipes or appliances.

Reverse Osmosis Membrane

RO systems push water through a semi-permeable membrane with pores so small (0.0001 microns) that dissolved contaminants like lead, arsenic, nitrates, and fluoride can't pass through.
